Bangunot means Nightmare death syndrome, or Sudden unexpected death syndrome, Many asian people have fall as sleep and never woke up because of it, able difficulty breathing to suffocating, they start to cry and then they die,.. this is happen in our race, filipino sailors
A Filipino sailor who goes to bed fit and healthy is heard to cry out in his sleep, and the next morning is found dead. The same scene is repeated again and again. The doctors cannot find any physical cause for the mysterious deaths, but people mutter darkly about dæmonic beings and deadly dreams.

I must say I'm a survivor of it,. seeing a dark skin and long hair creature in my dreams trying to push my abdomen and chest. it is really difficult to breath, all I do is fight it back and woke your self in rage and anger,.. don't be afraid to it and fight it back with all your might. this creature visit me Three times in a few years distance,.. i think this fucking hell creature never surrender to take my soul,.. but i will fight no matter what,.
